The Soft Hero mentorship is a session or series of sessions where we do brave work to heal & expand into your True Self.

The session style depends on the work that is called to be done.

Each session is designed to support you on your journey. Whether it is healing your Inner Child, tapping into your inner power, working on your beliefs & mental health or meeting your wounds with love & softness.
​
My approach is rooted in softness, never pushing you deep too fast. I create a safe space, where you can open at your own pace.
This journey is specifically made for YOU.

What to expect?
✧ We begin with intention setting.
​
✧ The first part is designed to help you slow down & arrive into the body.
✧ The second part is dedicated to the inner work. Here we focus on the theme of the session. Depending on the session, it might include simply talking, getting to know your story, coaching & mindset work. Or it might be a fully embodied session. This will be agreed beforehand. However, I always offer to bring in somatics & visualisation, which helps integrate & deepen this journey.
✧ If needed, I invite you to rest & integrate.
✧ In the end there is space to express & process your experience.
